Setup Nextcloud on server #121

This will probably be a difficult one, given how complex Nextcloud is.

My current deployment hasn't taken advantage of all the potential pieces of setup for improving performance (e.g. the cron service for generating thumbnails and Redis for caching).

Need to take care to keep the raw data on hard disk, and the metadata on SSD. (Backups, of course, go to hard disk).

Need to figure out a way of importing my existing data to Nextcloud.

Won't do - I don't use Nextcloud any more.

I don't need to automatically sync files between phone and workstation. I could use something like https://www.filestash.app/ or https://filebrowser.org/ if I need a web UI for my files.
