Fedora 36, `perl: command not found` error #64

Apparently perl was removed between Fedora 35 and Fedora 36, so need to think about how to integrate containers into my workflow (because I can't keep using the host terminal for everything it seems).

I've only seen the issue when using the fzf ctrl+r backward searching integration in the terminal, so not a big deal but still something to look in to.

No solution, just going to have to live with this.
