Prevent dotfiles from running unnecessarily outside of containers #72

Some dotfiles are only needed in the day-to-day container environment

The only unnecessary thing I can see if the fzf ctrl+r completion that's broken because of the absence of Perl, so that's the only thing that I'll prevent
