Replace layer management with drag and drop linkable GUI #6

The menu needs to change from a split in two to a series for free floating menus. The initial menu will have the left side options (finished view & layer management) while the other menus will have each layers information. Each sub menu will need to have some line drawn between it and its next layer to show the order. There will also be options to view each layer sepratley on the individual menus.
