Plugin throwing errors with L530 #11

This one happens occasionally and it seems to be related to not getting bulb status although there are no outages, sometimes it happens 10x in a row: [30/08/2021, 19:28:11] [Tapo Smart Platform] 371 Error: Request failed with status code 429

This happened when I clicked "no response" in apple home app and then bulbs turned off (they were on before with no response status) after this status was updated and above error disappeared. [30/08/2021, 19:28:14] [Tapo Smart Platform] 364 Error Code: -1301, undefined

This error occurs when the plugin gets an error response from the bulb, when getting the device info. This could be due to network issues. If you have the Home app open and the bulb does not respond this error may come up often as the Home app tries to get the status of the bulb in intervals.
