Support mouse scroll when cursor is over the minimap #3

Eclipse Version: Indigo Service Release 2 Build id: 20120216-1857

We can click on the minimap to jump to points in the file, but there's no way to scroll it. What's more, it's impossible to get to the bottom of the minimap if it's longer than the view size.

Scroll should work, I'll take a look.

Correct, when the preview doesn't fit in the minimap, you can't see it all, I have to improve that.
