LAN port won't work unless cable is connected before boot process

From our initial investigation: on-the-fly LAN connection detection does work (Internet connection works with hotplug of LAN cable), in both Android BSP and FF OS. But event does not go until Gecko.

This is already fixed. Although we are continue working with Ethernet supports, but from the old release, LAN cable can be hot plug anytime.
