Fix traditional BOM generation CI script XML BOM identification logic #28

The traditional BOM generation CI script (ci/generate-traditional-bom) does not currently restrict its search for XML BOMs to the directory where generated XML BOMs are placed (temp/). This can result in other XML files being misidentified as XML BOMs.
