Refactor deliverable generation CI scripts/jobs to assume the repository has the following structure:

The project's KiCad project file (singular) is found at the root of the repository
The base names of the project's root schematic file and layout file match the base name of the project's KiCad project file
The project's root schematic file is found at the root of the repository
The project's layout file is found at the root of the repository

The following files will need to be updated:

[x] ci/generate-interactive-boms
[x] ci/generate-pcb-renders
[x] ci/generate-production-files
[x] ci/generate-schematic-pdfs
[x] ci/generate-traditional-boms
[x] .github/workflows/ci.yml
