These updates are intended to improve usability by sorting groups (whenever feasible, i.e. mainly in dropdown / select menu inputs) alphabetically. AngularJS was simultaneously updated from 1.2.10 to latest stable (1.3.3) since "track by" wasn't working as expected in 1.2.x.

Again would appreciate comments. Can anyone spot issues with the changes here, or is the sorting change itself unwanted? Something, anything? :)

Sorry for silent - looks good to me and while not important feature for any of our sites, I see no harm either!
