Add filters to group list #9

This is mostly for you @apeisa, as I've already discussed this with @niklaka :)

I'd like to add simple filtering feature to groups view. Simple, because by default it's nothing more than text search, but again extendable by hooking into filter form and/or selector creation. This whole thing is (intentionally..) very similar to that found from Process User Extended.

If this sounds (and looks) good, feel free to merge pull request.

Noticed one problem while testing: searching with "pääkäyttäjät" gave me this after submit: pääkäyttäjät and didn't find any results.

p&au-ml;&au-ml;k&au-ml;ytt&au-ml;j&au-ml;t (added - to make those entities shown as entities)

There were two distinct problems, both were fixed in commit d222833 :)
