You will see a lot of columns have NF for 10/12 samples, this is despite all the correct and expected log files in the module directories being present.
If we run ReportTable manually on each results directory separately, all the columns for every sample is generated correctly.
XX has the same problem with 1.92.6 here:

Note the same samples here have been run in each directory above but with a different reference.
