Update iOS deployment target to iOS 11 #5

Hi,

Great to see that you have updated the project with the latest zstd version :)

The iOS deployment target has been set to 13.1. Any reason to set it so high ? As my app still supports iOS 11.0, I have set the deployment target to 11.0 it and it seems to work great. Here is a small PR if you don't mind setting it to a smaller version.
