Include license file #24

Linux distros require licensing information to be distributed alongside the installed (binary) package – hence the need for a separate file.

Ping! This is the current blocker in Fedora packaging. I'd really prefer you including a license file than me "patching" it into the RPM.

Ping! It's been 2.5 months; please close if you do not want to do this, because that allows me to move forward to including the license in my own packaging, which is suboptimal, but better than not packaging this.

@marcusmueller Sorry for the late reply on this one... and thanks a lot for the ping and the patch. I'll make a new release soon which will include the license.
