很多运营商限制 UDP 协议速度，导致 Hysteria 很慢，希望增加 FakeTCP 支持。

是否能保留1 里的这个功能

我这边是电信，端口跳跃开了，跑一定流量之后所有的UDP流量都会被QoS，到任何节点都不通，和https://github.com/apernet/hysteria/issues/545 情况一样。这种case端口跳跃已经帮助不大了...，需要faketcp

端口跳跃间隔如果失效就会短暂断网

关掉 brutal 使用 bbr 好像能缓解断流现象
