Can you outline what you use requirements_local.txt for? I'm opening some repo cleanup pull requests for you, and wanted to get an idea of how you're using this for guidance.

Oh lol can be ignored, when I was pushing this I had a problem with not being able to push requirements.txt for some reason so needed to mess around with got and created that.
