Update for new AOFlagger version, returning to aoflagger call (over aolua).

Flagging strategy specified in configuration file, rather than hardcoded.

Default flagging strategy (in default.cfg) updated for avoiding Galactic / local HI flagging.

Added path to strategy file for AOFlagging of polcal
