Unicode support in label names #76

`Applying output rule 11 (er hardt rammet -> drabbats hÃ¥rt - line 85): vara¹ -> ^være/vara¹$

but I wrote"er hardt rammet -> drabbats hårt"`

(and yes I've tried LANG=C.UTF-8)
