generator should be last, autoseq between pretransfer and biltrans: bilde and nob-dan doesn't even have interchunk/postchunk/chunker! They shouldn't show when nob-dan is selected. (The other directions still do though.)

the difficulty is that that list is constructed by merging all steps from all modes in modes.xml, so I doubt there even is a single correct order
