Fixed README file for more specifity #3

Hi, I just started working from the README file, so the content of the "Testing" section is specific to Uzbek language(was Germanish before). This is just a beginning, I started to contribute on the lexicon, soon I will PR that ones too. I just did this to show you that I can work with Git, can make PRs, the next ones will be about the real contributions on Uzbek lexicon and etc.

Hi again, the second commit was about the changes to the .lexc file that I started to make it more human-readable by restyling, adding Uzbek explanations to the tags. I learned the patterns from other Turkic languages, especially Kazakh and Kirgiz.

@elmurod1202, @sevilaybayatli accidentally merged before we resolved these issues. Could you resubmit, and address the issues in a new commit?
