kernel headers #137

We should have the kernel headers somewhere, maybe as part of a special development image?

For the development image it would be nice to have the entire kernel tree, preferably pre-built, available on the image, so that one can easily compile a driver against the installed kernel or change a specific driver/apply a patch without the need to setup cross compiling or rebuilding the kernel or an entire firmware image.
