[u-boot, linux] update linux to 5.8.1 and u-boot to v2020.07, closes #171 #173

Update linux to 5.8.1 and u-boot to v2020.07. Boots / works on micro, untested on beta.

@anuejn @herbertp can one of you test this on the beta?

however nctrl seems to not do what it is supposed to do (but that is probably unrelated?)

As nctrl is also broken on master, lets merge this.
