feature request: temperature monitor #36

A new page in the webui showing the temperatures of different locations inside the hardware would be cool.

They can be read like this: https://wiki.apertus.org/index.php?title=AXIOM_Beta/Temperatures (how can they be accessed from nctrl/webui needs to be decided)

A graph that shows the different temperatures over time would be cool as well (since boot?).

look into using rrd tool for this
