Soundboard cooldown is customizable via a project (lobby) setting. Can be disabled entirely.

1.Can you add the Tab key to the InputHints panel 2.Maybe it'd be cool if we showed the voice icon next to the player if they were playing a sound

We are going to approach this feature differently in the future, closing for now.
