We need to list lobbies, let players join existing lobbies, and let players create their own lobbies.

I have a working game menu in terms of raw lobby creation and joining functionality. I will continue with an options menu when creating a lobby, too!

Happy with what I have for now. Will keep working on it in the future once other important things are fleshed out!
