Allow separate animation for fill (area chart)

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
When creating a real time chart I like to use area charts instead of line charts since in most cases there won't be much variation so it sticks out a little more.

The issue is that the animation on a real time chart looks good on the line part, but the area allways seems to fill from the bottom - which looks strange.

eg: (In this case the chart is getting update every second but the value is the same so the line stays the same, but the fill keeps jumping)

Describe the solution you'd like
It would be great to control this somehow - maybe have separate animation options for fills or just be able to switch of animation for the fill part...

Describe alternatives you've considered The only alternative I can think of is to not use area chart and only use line - but one a chart which doe snot change that much the line kind of gets lost...

@junedchhipa please could you look at this - I logged it ages ago and it's such an eyesore - for such an amazing charting component it really seems like a simple, but impactful bugfix. And if you see this please also look at #1511 which is also such a simple, but sorely needed fix. 🙏
