Add KiCAD files for eurorack-pmod R3.0 (had some bugs) and R3.1 (bugs resolved).
This revision made quite a few changes:
LEDs are now all independently PWM-controllable, so they are completely gateware-defined instead of being tightly coupled to the input/output voltage as in R2.
Jack detection feature / external GPIOs have been added as an input to the DSP cores, so they can tell which phono jacks are plugged in.
A programmable EEPROM with pre-programmed unique ID has been added (useful for saving calibration data)
Input/output voltage swing has been widened, +/- 10V is now possible.
Form factor has been slimmed down so the board takes up less depth. and width. It is now possible to fit the board in a 2hp panel (production panel will be 3hp however).
From my 10 samples of R3.0 there were a couple design bugs, but the functional hardware yield was 100%. R3.1 is now in production and all going smoothly I will make it available for purchase in a couple weeks.
