Calibration used to require re-flashing the gateware to switch between input and output calibration. Now you can do the whole thing with the same gateware. This PR also improves the calibration utility script in a few places.
The calibration UART / debug UART also now reports some other interesting things like the current jack status and unique ID read from EEPROM.
