Clean up and improve calibration script such that more is tweakable on command line
Ensure sample width is propagated through drivers correctly.
Modify debug UART so we can transmit up to 32-bit samples
Tested sample W=8 up to W=32 on the mirror core, they seem to work (not supported by cal tool and example cores yet!)
