Commands echo in pForth for AmigaOS3 and AROSi686 #5

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Compile (AmiDevcpp) for AmigaOS3 and/or AROSi686
2. from pForth 4 3 +

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Expected output is 4 3 +     ok
Instead we see:
4 3 +
4 3 +     ok

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
pForth v24-BE for AmigaOS3 and/or v24-LE for AROSi686

Please provide any additional information below.
This issue not present in my build for Windows XP
I defined PF_KEY_ECHOS as instructed but no change

There're many subtleties in tty handling, are you sure that this problem is 
because of pForth?
It can be settings of your tty.
