RateLimitExceeded on signing in. #298

When I am signing in with MsnpSharp v4.0.3 demo app, I recieve error  
ServerError RateLimitExceeded. 
I assume, that this is caused by the fact that account I am using has contact 
list with a lot of online contacts (100 contacts overall, 30+ online)
It does not have apparent implications, demo app seems to be working fine after 
that.

I am using MsnpSharp library in my service, and I am wondering, what 
implications this server error can have?
And is there workaround for this problem?

Hi,

This is an old problem: We don't have rate control for binary data transferring 
via the MSN NS server right now. The only side effect for this is, some user's 
display image cannot be retrieve when login.
