We cannot merge https://github.com/redhat-appstudio/jvm-build-service/pull/1155 and upgrade Quarkus from 3.6.x to 3.8.x as the latest Quarkus Maven resolver changes break our code. This is solved by https://www.github.com/quarkusio/quarkus/pull/38937 but that is targeted at 3.9.x. Note we would also need to activate the configuration option in the Quarkus PR.
