Update batch files - Githubissues

This pull request:

Redirects sterr's output to log file(s) in the %temp% directory. Files are named lou_translate.log and pandoc.log.
Where appropriate, uses the "--wrap=preserve" parameter in order to preserve line breaks. Otherwise, "pandoc will attempt to wrap lines to the column width specified by --columns (default 72)."
