[Football API][Improvement] Event identifier #131

Since the fixture events are upgradeable, the event row must have a unique identifier to keep the customer database and the API synchronized.

They need both an identifier and a Cache buster in order to identify if there is an update.

Also on this topic ... statistics for game should be also available with fixture?live=all option ...
