Teams with no crests #38

Issue The Football API returns a placeholder for the teams that are missing crests, which makes it impossible to know what teams don't have crests.

Proposal Would it be better to set the team crests url field to nil if there is no crest?

The same should be done with the player's photos. Here's an example of a player and his photo - https://media.api-sports.io/football/players/313906.png It is empty, but you cannot understand it until you open it. Why not point out that the photo is missing.
