Remove goerli deployments #1988

2024-04-13 was the sunset date for Ethereum goerli, but even before then, validators, block explorers and providers ended support.

Let's do this and then release a major @api3/chains that removes them all

In fact I opened the PR, you can bump @api3/chains after doing this
