Currently, the supported feeds are kept in a file and I update this whenever a new feed gets added/removed. This is difficult to maintain so should happen automatically, perhaps using a public endpoint of Nodary. This endpoint should cached and rate limited hard to not be a vulnerability for the Nodary API.
