Add dApp specific page #97

Multiple goals:

  1. Describe key OEV benefits for the dApp
  2. Integration flow, things like what to deploy, what to do/not-do (e.g. don't do checks on the feed timestamps)
  3. Manual payments

@bbenligiray Can you please close this issue with the dApp docs? I'm going to clean up the other issues in the repo.
