Display Chains addresses with blockchain browser link #1162

From Ugur: would it be possible to link the Chains addresses in e.g. QRNG directly to the respective blockchain browser? e.g. if i wanna check rrp requests on avalanche, i have to type in snowtrace.io, then go to the docs, chains, copy out the address and paste it in snowtrace.

Create a lookup file from the operations endpoint. It has URLs in it.
