How to use the build runtime deb file with current apisix 3.9.0 debian image ? #395

we have generated the .deb file using the runtime build tools. Can you please provide the steps how this can integrated with existing apisix debian image . How to enable prometheus as privilaged agent using above process. Seems document is not covering those aspects.
