Browser not refreshing upon save. #5

I am running Windows 8.1 64bit using "Google Chrome Version 38.0.2125.104 m", with Sublime text 3.

I checked to make sure that setting for reload on save was set to true; it is. I can get the web page to reload if I use the menu panel or the keyboard shortcut. But I cannot get the reload on save feature to work.

Was trying to save .php file. Needed to add a .php selector into the settings file.
