Links should point to help.apiary.io #268

@danielgtaylor, do you think it would be possible to change all links to point to help.apiary.io (instead of docs.apiary.io)? This would unify the Fury adapter with the rest of Apiary tooling and services.

Just a note—this is a breaking change.

This is definitely possible. We'll have to do a major version bump but let's do this soon. :+1:

It doesn't have to be a major version since we're still pre 1.0.0. Please let us know if you would be ready for such changes in your code utilising the adapter and we will push them through.
