Move to sphinx from MKDocs #32

I'm wondering how the ToC is done? From the removed YAML it seems there are more pages than just index. In that case, the navigation won't get generated for you correctly in Sphinx unless you provide .. toctree or set up recommonmark to figure it out automagically.

There are already interlinks in the pages, which continue to work after the changes.

You are right though, there is no proper TOC. I'll add this.
