Why are we making this change?

add parser is able to consume swagger in JSON format directly (after this change https://github.com/apiaryio/apiary/pull/5797 ) - no need to convert it to yaml
if we convert json to yaml, errors/warnings from parser referencing to converted ADD which is 'hidden' from the user => useless
