(fix) build dynamic lib #760

build code with '-fPIC' option
drafter-so target
litle reorganization:
- introduce drofter-obj target
- drafter renamed to drafter-lib to conform naming
- dependent includes/libs to drafter-lib, drafter-so, drafter-cli are now injected via drafter-obj instead of direct definitions
