Added pub unique_columns: bool to SinkPostgresConfiguration in configuration.
Added pub unique_columns: Option<bool>, to SinkPostgresOptions
Modified query variable in new function of StandardSink to be conditionally set based on unique_columns value.

All sink postgres test are passing using local docker container

Tested with real data, working as expected

Looks good. Once merged I will do some testing on all changes and make a release.
