Testing on a nexus 7 tablet shows that the homepage voting buttons are too small. Also, revealing buttons is accomplished via :hover on desktop, and landscape on the nexus brings the homepage back to the desktop layout, making voting impossible.

Added swipe handling for homepage voting. If the buttons aren't visible, swipe and they shall be. Like Magic.
