Only show Apideck logo in modal content when provided as theme option #40

The Apdieck logo in the modal content should not be shown by default. Only when provided through the session settings the logo could be set. This could be for paid customers only.

Relates to: https://github.com/apideck-libraries/react-vault/issues/17

The showAttribution prop should be removed. Only paid customers should be able to hide the attribution (the logo in the bottom corner) throuwh session settings.
