Better filling & submitting forms #20

We need to improve the way we fill out forms. The agent needs to read the form(s) from the HTML first and check how it can be filled and submitted using some heuristic.

Once the form(s) on the page are known, the agent can send to LLM specific action, which then calls the filling and submitting a specific form if LLM decides.
