starting and stopping a scenario crashes or runs same scenario several times #49

This should have been fixed no. Can be close. The issue was that there where several scenario players created, but never cleaned up after the scenario was re-loaded. Now when a scenario is loaded all players are stopped belonging to this scenario and then restarted.
